Words have power.  Words have meaning.  Words can be used to describe things.

I know some words, some words to describe things.  Things. I’ll give you some words.  Some words that describe things.

Selfish

Self-centered

Self-righteous

Self-Loving

Self-Serving

All of these words have things in common.  Self.  I don’t like things that must be described using that word.  Unfortunately I know a few.

Well.. the recent rain has caused Black River to rise to record levels! As I have friends from here, that no longer live here, that might want to see said river playing outside the boundary of its banks, I went to take some pictures. Plus if I need to take the river to court for keeping me out of Walmart, I have proof that it happened. Stupid river!

I apologize in advance for the shoddy camera work. I wasn’t going for Pulitzer prize winner photos. Just some visual documentation of the flood.

Christmas comes early

Today.. is Christmas.  I got Santa to agree to come a little early since the girls will be in Disney World on Christmas.  I hope they like what Santa brings.  I’ll have some pictures later today.

Turkey day

Happy Turkey day to all my family and friends.  I got to spend some quality time with my girls for a few days and that was awesome.  They left me a little soon but I’ll see them again real soon.  I guess this is a taste of how things are going to be.  I had some rough moments today but I got by with a little help from my friends.    One day at a time I guess and just for the record:
